Several of the biggest hit songwriters in the music business will be performing live on Saturday, October 19th at Lafitte Market in Mandeville, LA. If you attended last year's showcase upstairs at Old Rail Brewing Co, you'll understand what an amazing event this will be!

This year, the event is even bigger and better, featuring nationally known and recognized performers.

Chart-topping songwriters will be performing in an intimate setting in the charismatic Lafitte Street Station venue. Seating for this live music event is limited to 150 online tickets get hem today!.


Meet the artists...

  • Anna Nalick

    A multi-platinum selling singer/songwriter from Southern California, Anna Nalick wrote her debut album, Wreck of the Day featuring her first hit single, “Breathe(2AM)”, when she was 17-18 years old. Currently preparing for the release of her fifth studio album entitled, The Blackest Crow, Anna has established herself as an independent artist, producer, and touring singer/songwriter.

  • John Schneider

    Former star of “The Dukes of Hazzard” and four-time chart-topping country artist with 19 albums to his credit since the early 1980s, Schneider has released top Billboard singles such as “I’ve Been Around Enough to Know,” “Country Girls,” “What’s a Memory Like You,” and “You’re the Last Thing I Needed Tonight.”

  • Paul Childers

    Nashville-based Paul Childers is a young up-and-coming songwriter who has already seen success. His debut album, “Naked Poetry,” hit the #27 slot as best-selling pop album on the global charts during its first week in release. He’s performed his pop, R&B and soul at prestigious venues including the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Songbirds Guitar Museum, where he opened for Vince Gill.

  • C.J. Solar

    Writer of #1 hit "Up and Down," CJ Solar was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. He moved to Nashville, TN 9 years ago to and has been there ever since. Name by Rolling Stone Country as one of the "New Artists You Need to Know," C.J. was named “Independent Artist of the Year” at the 17th Annual MusicRow CountryBreakout Awards.

  • Frank Myers

    Frank Joseph Myers is an American country music singer, songwriter, and record producer. He has received multiple awards including a Grammy for "Best Country Song" which he and frequent songwriting partner Gary Baker received in 1995 for the song "I Swear".

  • Gary Baker

    Gary Baker is a musician and songwriter, perhaps best known for "I Swear," a collaboration with Frank Myers that sold over 20 million copies and was recorded by both All 4-One and John Michael Montgomery. He has also written songs for Lonestar, Alabama, and many other well-know bands.

  • Mark Mackay

    An uninhibited guitarist with songwriting steeped in storytelling authenticity, Mark Mackay stands at the crossroads of Country and Rock and Roll. A vagabond with a jubilant charisma and an uncanny ability to transcribe creative odyssey to song, Mark commits himself to creative, all-consuming live performance.

All About the Showcase

  • How do I attend?

    Although the overall festival is free to attend because of the caliber of performer this is a ticketed event.

    Tickets cost $44 each, which includes close access to the performers in an intimate setting at Lafitte Market.

  • Where is it?

    The event is hosted at Lafitte Street Station Market and Venue, 698 Lafitte St, Mandeville, LA 70448.

    It’s a perfect setting just a few blocks north of Lake Pontchartrain and minutes from New Orleans.

  • When is it?

    Doors open for the showcase event at 7:30pm Saturday, October 19th, 2019. Performance run from 8:00pm until 11:00pm.

    Soft drinks, food, and adult beverages will be available. This event is family-friendly and open to kids of all ages!
